Marti Readling

September 25, 1969 - July 9, 2005

Mrs. Estes, age 35, died Saturday, July 9, 2005. She was born September 25, 1969 in Florence SC, daughter of James Rodney Readling and Betty Sue Grimsley Readling of Davidson, NC. Marti was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Mooresville where she was a Deacon and member of Sisters in Christ Circle. She was a graduate of Appalachian State University, received her Masters from UNC Charlotte and taught at Huntersville Elementary School from 1992 to 1998. She was a volunteer at the South Elementary School, a member of PEO and a well known jogger in town.

Survivors including her parents, Rodney and Betty Sue Readling; her husband, Eric H. Estes, and sons, Bryce and Hayden Estes, of the home; her sister, Susanne Warshawsky and husband Marc of Decatur, GA; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Martha Readling of Cornelius; and maternal grandmother, Mrs. Catherine Grimsley of Florence SC.
