Jimmy Fredericksen

James (Jim) Fredericksen, Jr., 34, died in Richmond, Va., at his home Oct. 26, 1992. He was born April 26, 1958, in Concord, N.C., and spent his early years in Davidson, N.C.

He received the order of the Arrow Catawba Lodge 459 while in Troop
58 of Davidson, and graduated from North Mecklenburg High School in 1976 and from the University of Richmond in 1980. He was an underwriter in the Marine Insurance Department of the Hartford Insurance Company for 10 years in Richmond, Va. He was a member of the SAE fraternity and Davidson College Presbyterian Church.

He is survived by his family: Charlie Shannon of Richmond, Va.; his parents, Dr. and Mrs. James M. Fredericksen of Davidson, N.C.; two sisters, Miss Martha Fredericksen of Davidson, N.C., and Miss Louise Fredericksen of Pittsboro, N.C.; aunts: Miss Ella Pollard Fredericksen, Mrs. W. L. Hofferbert of Williston, Fl., Mrs. C. T. Sardeson of Williamsburg, Va., and a great aunt, Mrs. Ella Polard Shelton of Richmond, Va., and an uncle, Mr. Nat Weaver of Orlando, Fl.
