August 6, 1957 - January 25, 2002

Franklin Joseph Overcash, Jr., 44, went to be with his Lord Friday, January 25, 2002. He died at Carolinas Medical Center after a long battle with heart disease.

Joe was born August 6, 1957, in Charlotte, NC.

Joe was a member of Statesville Road Baptist Church and was active in the Bus Ministry until his health failed.

Joe is survived by his wife, Lisa McClendon Overcash, and 2 daughters, Melanie and Emily. He was the son of the late Lib and Frank Overcash. He is also survived by two sisters, Betty Miller and Carol Goforth.
